This winter 2025–2026, La Table du Ruitor welcomes back Chef Mathieu Canguilhem, who previously led the kitchen between 2016 and 2019. Having spent the past few years between Méribel and Courchevel, he returns with a gourmet, refined, and generous cuisine, inspired by Alpine traditions and crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Located right on the slopes of Méribel Mottaret, La Table du Ruitor will delight you all winter long with its new elegant and flavorful menu, perfect for a sunny lunch on the terrace or a warm, convivial dinner after a day of skiing.

Open every day from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and then from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., La Table du Ruitor restaurant invites you to have lunch on the spacious, sunny terrace and to live unforgettable evenings with your family or friends.
Enjoy a homemade selection prepared by our Chef and his brigade. You’ll appreciate these authentic dishes, which turn the spotlight on many local products.
Every evening, the gourmet “house” menu** is available to our guests as part of the half-board package, as well as to external visitors. Our Chef brings his full expertise to the preparation of dishes, and he loves to thrill your taste buds. Each evening, enjoy a four-course meal: starter, main dish, cheese buffet & dessert.
La Table du Ruitor also offers vegetarian options and dishes adapted to various dietary restrictions.
Throughout the week, depending on the dates of your stay, La Table du Ruitor offers themed evenings: a Savoyard evening with fondue and raclette, an Argentinean evening with meat chosen by Mr. Fenestraz, Christmas dinner, New Year’s Eve and more.
**For half-board stays, your meal is automatically reserved and served at La Table du Ruitor every evening, where you can enjoy our daily menu. There is no need to make a separate dinner reservation when you book a half-board stay.
Food-and-wine pairing
Our Sommelier selects wines from a number of French regions and a few notable Argentinean wines, including the not-to-be-missed Malbec variety. Thanks to his well-informed recommendations, and according to your tastes, he will orient you towards just the right cru for you. A great list of wines by the glass is also available.

Monday: To start the week well, enjoy a welcome drink in our living room and discover all our activities.
Tuesday: Savoyard Evening, highlighting local specialties and regional delicacies.
Thursday: Argentinean Evening, indulge in South American tastes and flavors, Argentina being renowned for its exceptional meat.
Friday: Enjoy a drink in our lounge during our famous Ruitor Concert, starting at 6 p.m.
Sunday: Italian Evening: risotto, pasta, antipasti… Let us surprise you with a culinary journey blending Mediterranean flavors and conviviality.
