We are celebrating the treasures of Savoie’s terroir by working with local and organic products, carefully selected from the finest Savoie cheese producers and regional suppliers. All our recipes are entirely homemade, from traditional dishes to sides like our famous French fries, ensuring optimal freshness while reducing plastic packaging.

Winter 2025–2026: The Return of an Iconic Chef to Méribel
Starting this winter, La Table du Ruitor will once again welcome chef Mathieu Canguilhem, a familiar face to regular guests, following a memorable first stint between 2016 and 2019. Drawing on experience gained in both Méribel and Courchevel in recent years, he returns with a cuisine that reflects his personality: generous, refined, and deeply rooted in Alpine traditions. Each dish highlights fresh ingredients, carefully selected to meet the highest standards.
Located in the heart of the Méribel Mottaret slopes, the restaurant offers an ideal gourmet stop — whether for a sunny lunch on the terrace or a cozy evening after a day on the slopes. Its elegant and flavorful menu promises a dining experience that matches the beauty of its surroundings.
